Organization

VCL has matrix organizational structure wherein people are organized into roles and functional group. The people at this laboratory have roles, such as principal investigator, postdoctoral fellow, research staff, PhD student, and master's student. The people of various role are further organized and assigned into three functional groups - Ideation, Research, and Development. Professor Chi-Hung Juan is Head of all the three groups and Principal Investigator of VCL. Each group is lead by its group leader.
